Framing 5 Insulation Inspections: To be made after the roof, all framing, fire blocking, and. bracing are in place and all pipes, fireplaces, chimneys, and vents are complete and all rough . electrical and plumbing are approved. All wall insulation and vapor barrier are in place. 4.
