I have some early feedback for you on the DIM application for the Willamalane Phase III project.
I have confirmed with Jim Donovan that we will follow a Type I Minor Modification. The prior modifications to the
original site plan were processed as minor modifications. The type and scale of the prior improvements are comparable
to that proposed for Phase III.
I could find no records for a Greenway Easement using the electronic resources(RLID and MapSpring)that I can

access. A search of Deeds and Records through RLID only showed the utility and access easements. The easement is
shown on various documents, including a 2002 Partition Final Plat that created the three lots which later were
developed as the sports park and the commercial development fronting Main Street. There are notes on the Partition
Plat referencing joint access and utility easements, but no descriptions or notations concerning the Greenway
Easement. There are no jurisdictional wetlands or inventoried resource sites that are protected by the easement. I
would recommend checking the title report for the property. Ordinarily we ask for a title report as part of the
application packet for Site Plan Review. I could not find a title report in the file (it may have been tossed when the
project was completed).
