Thanks, I finally spoke with Ted and gave him the rundown about annexation issues, Glenwood development in general,
and directed him to the application materials (online) and the Trinitas Ventures website. I emphasized that there is
provision for student housing in this particular area of Glenwood and the stated intent of the applicant is to discuss
annexation issues for a possible student housing project. However, this is a very preliminary meeting and the applicant's
general questions pertain to cost and timing of annexation, development setbacks, future road improvements, etc. No
conceptual development plans have been submitted with the application materials, so there's little information to share
with the public and media.
