Be sure to put in number of acres when intaking the application in Tidemark. 2. Go to add fees and pick UGB WG Development w/o Setbacks. 3. Take the amount generated and subtract$3342. Put this amount in the fee box. 4. Save with notes and add note that it's for establishment of Greenway line w/o development. 5. Add $151 postage. 6. Add $5000 deposit for HO by picking HO Fee Type 3 &4. 7. Save and print 4 receipts (1 for app, 1 for file, 2 for Karen). Karen will then assign a project number for staff to track their time against the HO deposit. We came up with the actual application fee by subtracting the amount for WG development already established from the WG development not established. It comes up to be$824. Because Tidemark automatically figures in the $320/acre part of the fee into the fee, we need to subtract out the$3342 for development. If you are totally confused, ask me about it. Remember, when fees go up in July, all these numbers will change.
