Dear Dan,
This morning I completed the flagging of the riparian zone at the Phil Marvin
parcel in Glenwood. My process was to place a flag every 50' at the canopy of
riparian vegetation or at 10' from the top of the high bank along the Willamette
River, whichever distance was greatest. The information is presented below.
