1.) Remove and dispose of existing roof.
2.) Install 15# ASTM felt underlayment.
3.) Install a new 30 year laminated composition shingle roof.
4.) Install new roof vents and pipe flashings.
5.) Install new wall metal where needed.
6.) Install roll metal in cricket area.
7.) Clean ground and gutter of any debris from roofing project.

NOTE:During roof removal, debris may sift into attic. Please cover valuables
(Unforeseen costs, such as rotten areas in roof deck will be repaired at a cost of
$50.00 per man-hour„ plus the cost of material used in repair.)McKenzie Roofing
Inc. guarantees their workmanship on the project for five years upon completion.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be performed in
accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and
completed in a substantial workman like manner for the sum of (SEE ABOVE)
with payment due in full upon completion.
Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost,will
be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and
above the estimate. All agreements, contingent upon accidents, delays or material
price increases beyond our control. Owner to obtain permits, carry fire, tornado
and other necessary insurance upon above work.
