Dear Mr. Evenson:
The purpose of this letter is to state to Wal-Mart, the Architect of Record and the Engineer of
Record that, to the best of our knowledge, the construction on the above referenced project has
been completed in substantial conformance with the approved Contract Documents and with the
provisions of the applicable building code. In the capacity of the owner's testing and inspection
agency, periodic reports as well as a final report have been issued. Those reports state that the on-
site inspection and testing has been performed. Work requiring inspection was, to the best of the
inspector's knowledge, in conformance with the approved plans, specifications, and applicable
workmanship provision of the code.
To our knowledge no outstanding items exist as otherwise may be entered and shown on the Wal-
Mart Observation Log.
