Glacier View Drive, was addressed out of sequence which could cause a delay in
emergency response times.

Oregon, Lane County Reference Number 18020522, Tax Lot 04800 has been changed.
The new street address assigned to your property will be 4168 ,and 4170 Glacier View
, Drive. I will notify the following companies and/or agencies of this change by sending
