Attached is an application and plan for the construction of a new Buffalo Wild Wings at 2770 Gateway Street. The
. applicant plans to demolish the existing Hollywood Video building and construct the new restaurant in almost the same
footprint. Since this application is a Type 1 Minor Modification a DRC will not be held. Could you review and send any
comments you have to me regarding water and electrical service by Wednesday, December 5, 2012.

Here is the BWW findings/conditions. Nothing big,they need to keep the sidewalk connection to gateway and put in
catch basin filter inserts. MWMC also runs a pretreatment program for all restaurants in the area and they will need to
comply with that, Phil Sprague handles that stuff. .
