Here is a copy of the decision and Final Site Plan application. The next steps are to incorporate the conditions on a
revised site plan/landscape plan and submit the plan with the application (see pages 10 and 11). After reviewing the
revised plan, I'll send a Development Agreement for the applicant to sign.
