Recently, it was brought to our attention that your duplex currently under construction
located at 4168 and 4170 Glacier View Drive, city job number C0M2007-00349 was
addressed out of sequence which could cause a delay in emergency response times.
Your property commonly known as 4168 and 4170 Glacier View Drive, Springfield,
Oregon, Lane County Reference Number 18020522, Tax Lot 04900 has been changed.
The new street address assigned to your property will be 4172 and 4174 Glacier View
Drive. I will notify the following companies and/or agencies of this change by sending
them a copy of this letter:

U.S. Post Office
U.S. West Communications
Northwest Natural Gas
TCI Cable
Springfield News/Register Guard
