Dear Mr . Foster :
Recently , we ' ve received inquiries about on street parking
problems relative to your Home Occupation at 4460 Aster Street .
Neigbors have expressed that numerous vehicles are parked near
your residence during recreation trips associated with Sierra
White Water.
Your home occupation application indicates that you felt the
parking problem was caused by activities from another residence
on Aster Street. We do not mean to suggest that you are , in
fact , creating these parking problems ; however , it must be
stressed that home occupations in residential areas may not
" . . . create hazardous traffic conditions or unduly burden
on- street parking areas . " ( #6 . of the home occupation agreement
attached) .
If we continue to receive complaints of this nature , we will
review the nature of your home occupation . If you have any ideas
or suggestions about the parking problem , please get in touch
with us . Thank you . Your anticipated cooperation is
appreciated .
Si , erely .
