I. Thanks for modifying the block in the lower left corner. Now, please modify the

title block at the top of the page also say "ALL QUARTERS OF SECTION 3".
2. The 40' width of Mt. Vernon Road near the Basis of Bearing is now missing the
south side of the dimension arrow and the north line of the ROW. Please add
those back into the drawing.
3. Please move the record data along the CL of Weyerhaeuser Rd so it is more
legible (i.e. it is not crossed out by the eastern boundary of the road).
4. Correct the bearing of the north boundary of Property 1 so as to equal
S89°44'28"W.
5. Correct the record bearings on the west lines of Property 3 to S0°36'50"E. (This
refers to both the 1313.58' and 1313.57' distances).
6. Please make sure the "Concrete Block Pump House 15x20 Easement" title
matches the title on the document to the map.
7. Please change the note for the Basis of Bearing's most easterly monument to SE
Corner of DLC 47...instead of DLC 4`-8.
8. On the two reference calls on the east side of Property 3 that refer to Book "U",
please change the "((.....)) " to "(....)" —as the legend says "or as noted" for the
single parentheses.
9. Private Access Easement: Looks good, but can make all above changes to map
on Exhibit A—or just Comment #7 at a minimum.

11. Declaration of Property line Adjustment: Looks great except the Exhibits E & F.
Please update them with the changes of Comments #1-#8 above.
12. You mentioned that Weyerhaeuser wanted to complete this quickly, so I will just
bring to your attention that the 36# Acid Free Bond paper is fine to use now, and
will be required on maps after June 30th. (See email you should have received
from Lori Green/Mike Jackson sent 6/13/13.)
