1. Please modify the main title (and to the block in the lower left corner) to say
• something like"All of Section 3" instead of the two southern quarters.
2. Please make sure that the Weyerhaeuser Road width drops to 60' in width just
north of the property (as per CSF 10954 and page 6 of 11 on Doc#2009-021549).
Also, I believe you meant to place the easterly monument of the Basis of Bearing
30' east of the CL of the Weyerhaeuser Road to match CSF 10954.
3. Add "—CSF 24131" to the Basis of bearing reference in "( )".
4. Please check the basis of bearing record distances:
a. In the normal parentheses should be (by our calculations) a distance of
2003.12 to the eastern border of the Weyerhaeuser Rd at its 100' spot, and
1983.1 to the monument according to CSF 22780.
b. In the brackets should be a distance of 1951.55' per the CSF 10954, by our
calculations.
5. At the road CL adjacent to the New Property Line, change the record deed value
from "595.5" to "569.5" and remove the word "Deed".
6. Correct the bearing of the north boundary of Property 1 so as to equal
S89°44'28"W, and consider adding the bearing (i.e. the same as your B.O.B) of
CSF 24131 as the bearing you are holding, as the DLC line has no angle point in
it that I can see.
. 7. Feel free to remove the "—CSF 10954" on the north line of Property 1, and
remove " CSF 22780" all around the borders of Property 3), as the brackets
explain the record source according to the legend.
8. Correct the record information on the west lines of Property 3 to S0°36'50"E
1313.57' and to S0°36'50"E 1313.58', respectively for the north and south
portions as per CSF 22780.
9. Provide a line to fill in for the document #for the "Concrete Block Pump House
15x20 Easement", making sure that the titles match from the document to the
map.
10. Remove the record "deltas" in the double parentheses from the Weyerhaeuser
Road centerline data, as I do not see them in that deed.

11. Please change the record value ((6° LEFT)) to ((8° LEFT)) on the most northerly
CL curve data of Weyerhaeuser Road.
12. Narrative:
a. Line 5: for the planning number, please change the TYB to a TYP.
13. Private Access Easement:
a. 3rd Paragraph, Line 3, add space between "thisprivate".

changed that on your plat.)
iii. Line 4: There's a space needed between "feetto" (and is the
distance correct? See next comment.)
iv. The rest of this metes and bound description should match the
bearings and distances shown on the corrected map.
c. 6th Paragraph (i.e. last line on page 1): Correct CSF #to 241;31.
14. Private Utility Easement:
a. 2nd Paragraph, Line 1: change "access"to "private utility"
b. Make changes to metes and bounds if appropriate. (See note above.)
15. Declaration of Property line Adjustment:
a. Remove blank page 3.
• b. Exhibits C & D:
• i. Adjust all the metes and bounds to match final full scale PLA map.
c. Exhibit E & F: Update with a copy of the revised map so the bearings and
distances.
16. You mentioned that Weyerhaeuser wanted to complete this quickly, so I will just
bring to your attention that the 36# Acid Free Bond paper is fine to use now, and
will be required on maps after June 30th. (See email you should have received
from Lori Green/Mike Jackson sent 6/13/13.)
