Andy,
The application looks fairly good from my standpoint. Following are some comments you can pass on to Dan Baker.
. 1. Declaration of Property line Adjustment:
• a. On Exhibits A& B, please add italicized words (or something to their effect), so as to read, "...lying east
of the road conveyed to Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company by Weyerhaeuser Company
described in Document#2009-021549, Lane County Official Records, said road being the present day
Weyerhaeuser Road, also known.... " •
2. Show structures on the preliminary map which are on the property, or are serving the property.
3. There is a structure in the Weyerhauser Road which appears may be serving Unit 2. If so, please provide an
easement for said structure.
These are just the things I noted on my first glance through. I will check it much more thoroughly when I get his final
map and documents that are to be filed, providing much more detailed comments then.
