Box 275 1574 Coburg Road, PMB 144 Springfield, OR 97478 Eugene, OR 97401 Description of Proposal The applicant submitted a Property Line Adjustment Application to adjust the common boundary between two parcels east of the Weyerhaeuser Haul Road and southeast of the current terminus of Mt. Vernon Road. The affected parcels are both contained within Assessor's Map Number 18-02-03-00, Tax Lot 600. Both parcels are currently vacant and are not yet municipally addressed. This application received tentative approval on June 5, 2013. Final Map Approval Final Map Approval shall be granted upon receipt of copies of the recorded survey, property line adjustment deed or declaration, easements and agreements, and certification that the conditions of approval have been met. Copies of the recorded documents were delivered to the City on July 5 and 9, 2013.
