The only other recent"greenfield" development of significance (Planned Parenthood) was approved in 2011, which preceded the Code amendments. However, per your request, staff will come prepared to discuss the details of the development to keep the project moving forward. See you tomorrow. Andy From: Richard Satre [mailto:r.satre@schirmersatre.com] Sent: Monday, April 29, 2013 10:53 AM To: LIMBIRD Andrew; TAMULONIS John Subject: Alpesh Site Review Pre-Submittal Meeting — Andy and John —Thank you both for calling and letting me know there are some completeness issues with Al's Site Plan. Andy— I appreciate your thought regarding a Development Issues Meeting. I understand, and appreciate, your concern. My request is that you be prepared to present to us your application completeness items as well as details regarding the - site and building design and the new Glenwood code. I have talked to both Al and his contractor, Pete White of EA White Construction Co, this morning. I have shared with them that the application is incomplete and that there are site and building items that don't meet the Glenwood code. Regarding architect(and engineer) attendance, Al defers to Pete and Pete says he doesn't need the architect to attend the meeting. (The architect is working for Pete.) Pete assures me he'll take whatever he receives at the meeting tomorrow back to the architect. We know that Al is anxious to get the hotel construction underway. You both have been of great assistance and there are still a number of items not yet tied down (including annexation, ODOT easements, property acquisition). My request to you is to be prepared to present back to us (Al, Pete and myself) Site Review completeness items as well as details regarding the Glenwood code. We'll do our best to take good notes and well as forward any written material you may have for us back to the architect. At the end of the day tomorrow, Al and/or Pete may decide to have a follow up meeting. If they do, then your suggestion about a DIM is what we should do. I'm near my desk today if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you. Sincerely, Richard M.
