To whom it may concern:
On September 4, 2012, we inspected the septic tank and drain field for the house located
at the address above.
The concrete septic tank lid is located 25 feet south of the garage, and 16 feet southeast of
the septic air vent stack and mainline clean out,and 12 feet southwest of the cedar tree.
The septic tank lid is in the center of the 1000(plus/minus) gallon concrete tank. The cast
iron inlet and outlet baffles are intact.
The contents of the septic tank are no solids on the surface at the center of the tank
indicating none at the inlet end, and no detectable sludge build up on the floor of the tank.
Pumping the septic tank is not needed at this time. The liquid level in the tank was normal
indicating the integrity of the tank. There were no visible cracks or holes in the tank.
As per water flow test,the drain field appears to be accepting effluent sufficiently. There
are no signs of failure such as excessive vegetation growth or signs of effluent surfacing
above the drain field area.
This septic system appears to be in good operating condition and is functioning properly,
at the time of this inspection.
