Attached is a Floodplain Overlay District Development Review for 38 Kremont Avenue in the Filbert
Grove Subdivision. The applicant's engineer has submitted a revised BFE using the 2009 LOMR
information (the first submittal used the 1999 FEMA panel information). The site is in the UGB on
septic. Could you please submit any comments to me by Tuesday, January 15,2013.
