Remarks
Inspected the installation of 45 each #4x12"vertical dowels at the truck ramp curb at grid line A.4 at 2.65 to 4.8. Verified holes to be
5/8"x4" in size and was brushed and blown free of loose debris. Hilti Hit Hy 150 max 500 ESR 1967/2262 expiration date of 10/2013 was
epoxy used.
