Performed visual inspection on fabricated 6" x 12" x 1/2" structural steel embeds per detail 6/S2.1 (16
pieces). Welds on completed studs were checked for size, length, profile and location.
Jeff(Metalsome)was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work checked is in conformance with structural drawings dated 01-30-
09 and applicable AWS D1.1 code, except if noted above.
