Performed visual inspection on embed to horizontal HSS connections at top of CMU wall along gridline 2,
between lines D & F. Completed welds were checked for size, length, profile and location.
Chambers Construction representative was asked to notify our office when additional services are
needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work checked is in conformance with structural drawings dated 01-30-
09 and applicable AWS D1.1 code, except if noted above.
