Performed inspection on the reinforcing steel for pad footings — lines 7C.2 & 7D.3.
Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, size, lap, placement, quantities and
clearance. Reinforcing steel was secured and supported above grade.
Observed the placement of 1.0 yard of Eugene Sand and Gravel 3000 psi concrete
(mix 313065) for pad footings. Concrete was placed directly from truck and was
mechanically consolidated.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
12-19-12 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
