Performed nailing inspection on 5/8" CDX STR 1 rated plywood connection at lower
roof, line B.2, from 1 to 3 and line C, from 1 to 2. The plywood was secured with #10d
nails to roof truss. Verified nail spacing per prints.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
12-19-12 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
