Inspection of: Reinforcing Steel Weather: Cloudy Continuous Inspection: ❑

Performed inspection on the reinforcing steel in three (3) infills in the east wall of Intake
Building 1. Rebar was checked for size, grade, laps, quantity, spacing, ties and
clearance, where applicable.
Dave Shaw(JHC)was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with addendum 2
plans dated 05-10-12 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if
noted above.
