This letter is in response to the request by structural inspector for a letter confirming the
installation specifications for the roof sheathing for the property located at 240 Main St,
Springfield, OR 97477.
We installed all roof sheathing per the approved engineering specifications/plans. "5/8"
Sheathingl0d Nails @ 4" O.C. Edges And Boundaries, 12" O.C. Field Nailing"
We installed all roof framing per the approved engineering specifications/plans. "2 x 8 @
16" O.C. Typ. Of All Bays" "2x8 Blocking At Beam Locations Typ."
We installed all roof sheathing for soffitt per the approved engineering specifications/plans.
"Provide 10d Nails @ 3" O.C. @ Panel Edges"
