Haps masonry on site continuing to place the cultured stone veneer for the knee walls and columns of the shopping cart
storage area, cast (1) set of(4) 2 x 4 mortar samples for compressive strength verification testing at 7 and 28 days.
Dynasty Concrete Co., on site finishing the re-steel placement for the front vestibule, see attached re-steel report.
Dynasty placed 14.75 yds of Knife River mix ID# 7RNE5300, 3500 psi structural concrete today, 10.75yds in 6" S.O.G. of
the front vestibule and 3 yds for the miscellaneous 4" S.O.G. repairs, and approximately 1 yd for the raised slabs within the
electrical room, all concrete was consolidated using H/F vibrators, all concrete was hand finished.
Cast (1) set of(5)4 x 8 cylinders for compressive strength verification testing at 7,28 and 56 days.see daily field report for
specific test results.
Crestview Construction co., also placed approximately 3 yds of the same mix around the base of the grease interceptor,
cylinders cast represent the placement also.
On site to perform continuous visual inspection of the placement of(6) 65"#5 verts for the column and pilaster at grids
A.2/2.6 and the CMU infill at grids A.1/2.6 both areas are at the truck dock doors.
The 3/4" holes were drilled to a verified length of 6 1/2", holes were bottle brushed and blown clear using compressed air,
the approved epoxy used was Hilti HIT-HY 150 MAX SD, experation date 2-14, ICC-ESR 3013.
