Dynasty Concrete Co., on site finishing the re-steel and form work for the footings of the knee walls just East of grid line G, see re-steel daily inspection report for specific information. Overhead Door Co., is on site placing the roll down door for the pharmacy area, this includes placing the (2) 4"x4"x3/16"x12'-0" HSS columns with attached 11 r"x8r"x5/8" base plates. On site to observe the placement of the (8) 5/8"x3 5/8"wedge anchors, (4) per column, the 5/8" DIA holes were drilled to a verified depth of 3 3/4", prior to the anchors being installed, the holes were blown out, the anchors were placed and torqued to the manufacturers recommendations of 20 foot lbs. Haps Masonry Co., rained out at 13:00.
