On site to observe the placement of(20)#3 hooked dowels being placed into the 1/4" x 6" drilled holes along grids 2.6 from
A.4 to A.6, (10)for each dock.
The holes were bottle brushed and blown out using compressed air prior to the epoxy being placed.
Verified holes to be 6" in depth and the approved epoxy used was Hilti HIT HY-150 MAX-SD, the epoxy was placed per
manufacturers recommendations, ICC ESR-3013 , experation date 2-2014.
Crestview Construction Co., is on site prepairing the (4) F3 footings for the knee walls of the shopping cart storage area just
East of grid line G from 1 to 1.6, Crestview is placing the 3/4" moisture conditioned aggregate in 8" loose lifts and
compacting the lifts with a "jumping jack " style plate compactor, all tests performed resulted in meeting or exceeding the
minimum 95% compaction requirements, see attached field report for specific test results.
Dynasty Concrete Co., on site to place 5 yds of mix ID # 7RNE5300 into the forms for the (2) truck lever dock slabs, all
concrete placed was directly from the mix truck into the forms, all concrete placed was hand finished and all concrete was
hand consolidated, see special inspection report for specific test results.
Dynasty is on site working on the forms and re-steel for the knee wall footings just East of gridline G , performed periodic
visual inspection for the bottom mat being (5)#4 longitudinal bars and (5)#4's EW for the (4) F3 footings, also included are
the vertical #5's @ 48" o.c.w/ alternating ACI standard hooks as per detail 4 of sheet S6, final re-steel inspection needed
prior to concrete placement scheduled for tommow at noon.
