On site to observe Crestview Construction Co, preparing the (2)3'-6"x 3'-0"x 1'-0" F3 footings for the cart storage knee
wall next to the front vestibule, Crestview removed the native subgrade to the required depth and then the area was probed
with a 5/8"diameter geo probe, there was some soft areas within the excavation to an approximate depth of 4-5 inches,
Crestview removed an additional 8-9"of native material and then the area was probed again revealing firm native subgrade
with little or no penitration with the geo probe, a layer of geo fabric was added to further stabilize the 3/4" moisture
conditioned aggregate, the first 8" loose lift was placed but no comp active efforts were applied, this will be done Monday.
Haps Masonry Co., arrived on site and began to prep for the 10' CMU screen wall along gidline A, palletized CMU units
arrived and PSI rep Glen Meek received (6) samples of each type of CMU units and transported them to our Portland office
for absorbtion testing and compresive strength verification testing.
Oldham crane service was on site this morning placing (2) chiller towers and (2) motor housing units on the roof.
