Haps Masonry contractor the 8" cmu walls at grid lines B at 5-5.2, B at 5.4-5.5 and B at 5.6-5.9 to the 17th course and also
constructed the 8" cmu wall at grid line A at 2.6 to 4.8 in varying heights from the 5th to 7th course. Constructed per approved
plans and specifications. All locations were grouted with grout supplied by Knife River mix #2420G3R500. Cast 1 set of 4—
2"x4" mortar samples and 1 set of 4 — 3"x3" grout samples.
