On site at 6:30am at the contractors request to perform periodic visual inspections of the stepped spread footing along grid
line A from 2.6 to 4.8 for the new screen wall of the loading dock. Dynasty Concrete Co. is on site finishing the layout and
placing the re-steel, performed several visual inspections throughout the day within this areas assuring the double matt re
steel within the (5) steps of this spread footing are properly placed and the clearance tolerances are met. A final re-steel
inspection will need to be done prior to the concrete pour taking place.
Crestview Construction is continuing to remove the saw cut areas of the old truck loading dock at the concrete for the new
loading dock and trenching for the various areas around the outside perimeter of the existing building.
• McLane Plumbing is on site continuing to work on the area between grids B and C from 4.5 to 6, this area is for the managers
office, mechanical room, rest rooms and the produce prep and coolers. McLane Plumbing is placing the Y.." moisture
conditioned material and compacting it with the use of a jumping jack and a vibrating plate compactor, see PSI
representative Glenn Meek's report for the Field Density Testing results. All tests performed resulted in meeting or passing
the 95% minimum compaction requirements.
