Subject: Pre-submittal Meeting for Master Plan Modification
FYI -The pre-submittal meeting for proposed modification of the Liberty Business Park Master Plan is Friday and I don't
believe there are established checklists for this type of application. For this meeting I recommend using a Site Plan
Review pre-submittal checklist and making textual edits to read "Final Master Plan Modification". Most of the required
Master Plan elements for Transportation, Engineering, Building and Fire should be the same or similar to the Site Plan
Review requirements. If you have a particular completeness requirement that is missing, please add it to the checklist
for future reference. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
