DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF THE HEARINGS: The Springfield Planning Commission will hear all testimony for and against the proposal on April 2, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Springfield City Hall Council Chambers, 225 Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon.
