The 2700 sq.ft Warehouse will replace the 2170 sq. ft greenhouse.The 1080 sq.ft. Receiving Area Warehouse will replace the 800 sq.ft.dry rotted warehouse.The two areas will be connected,replacing an area of 720 sq.ft.cement footing by a roof of 1080 sq ft. Increasing the covered areas by a total of 11703 sq. ft. The warehouse will be used to store bulky hay,straw and feed products that must stay dry.The receiving warehouse area will be used to check in and store back stock of retail items such as pet food,toys and treat. Customers will be able to park in front or pull around the side to load feed and hay.The recycle/garbage cans will be placed in a covered area on gravel in the back. The titled easements accessing East Main St.,West Main St.and the West Side are being processed at the title Company Cascade Title. The West side access is scheduled for repair and maintenance as soon as the Pole Barn is finished,to prevent excess wear during the building process. The Newer Greenhouse to the east will remain the same and be leased out to Garden Center Outlet who will in part maintain all flower beds,trees and the store front hanging baskets.The original Railroad barn in the back will remain as Hay storage also.
