The comments outlined below are provided for your use in preparing the land-use decision. Comments 9 1. The installation of the new deck makes the drive thru a one way west bound operation. Signage or striping should be installed to provide guidance for entering and exiting the drive thru to prevent two directional conflicts. 2. Applicant is advised to delineate the area left over after blocking the eastbound drive thru lane with striping or placement of a physical barrier at the entrance and exit of the closed drive thru lane. Please let me know what else I have to do. Thanks again for your trouble Mike From: MILLER Liz <Imiller©springfield-or.gov> To: 'michael mccreery' <peabodvspub1(a vahoo.com> Sent: Wednesday, January 2, 2013 3:57 PM Subject: MDS Review Michael, I'm writing up the MDS Review. One of the eight criteria I need to address is about screening of outdoor trash receptacles. Will your trash container be kept inside the building? Most coffee cart business just keep a covered can inside. Also I heard back from Engineering and there will be no SDC charges. Only one condition about the grey water tank requiring a signed contract to get it pumped, if we can condition such a thing. • Date Received: t Planner LM 1 Memorandum City of Springfield Date: January 2, 2013 To: Liz Miller, Senior Planner From: Clayton McEacher, Civil Engineer Subject: TYP112-00040 Sluggo's Hot Dogs The Land Development Division has reviewed the materials provided with the subject application. The comments outlined below are provided for your use in preparing the land-use decision. Comments 1. This facility does not currently have a connection to the sanitary sewer. It does have a holding tank that needs to be pumped periodically. If possible the owner needs to provide the city with a signed contract from a business that is equipped to do this (such as a septic tank pumping service).
