Performed inspection on the reinforcing steel for phenol tank walls. Reinforcing steel
was checked for size, grade, laps, quantities, locations, ties, clearance and supports.
Observed the placement of 10.5 yards of Eugene Sand and Gravel 4500 psi concrete
(mix 314545). Concrete was placed by pump and was mechanically consolidated.
Cast one (1) set of four (4) 4" x 8" compressive strength cylinders. Slump — 5";
concrete temperature—64F; air temperature—48F; air content—3.7%.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
02-22-13 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
