Performed preliminary inspection on the reinforcing steel for valve vault walls.
Reinforcing steel was checked for size, grade, laps, quantities, locations, ties,
clearance and supports. A final inspection will be performed prior to concrete
placement.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
04/2012 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
