RE: Permit Expiration
To Whom It May Concern:
The Springfield Building Code Administrative Code provides that in order for a permit to remain
valid, the work which has been authorized by the permit must begin within 180 days of the date of
issuance, and an inspection must be requested at least every 180 days in order for your permit to
remain valid.
Our records do not indicate that you have requested an inspection or verified progress with, the
Building Safety Section of the Community Services Division within the past 180 days as required.
,This letter is to notifY you that your permits have expired. .1 have attached a copy of your most..
recent inspection log for your reference. The Building Safety Code Administrative Code allows for
anyone holding an expired permitthe.opportunity torenewtheir permits at one halfthe original fee '"

. . have made changes to the original approved construction drawings, new construction plans need to
be submitted to our office for plan review approval and additional permit fees paid.
