RE: 700 1 st Street, Apartments #11 and #19, Springfield, Oregon
Dear Mr. Novack:
On 4/28/2006, I was requested to inspect t he above mentioned miits regarding possible
electrical hazards. My inspection revealed the following safety hazards.
Unit # 11
. The upstairs bedroom has a broken 110 volt outlet. This must be replaced
. The bathroom light has a loose connection that needs repair T
. The bathroom fan is missing. A bathroom fan must be installed .
. The kitchen has a counter outlet to the left of the stove that has reversed polarity.
This must be repaired
Unit #19
. The Bathroom fan is missing with open wiring hanging from.ceiling. The
bathroom fan must be replaced and the open wiring repaired.
Please have these items repaired by a licensed electrical contractor within (10) days of the
date of this letter.(May 19th, 2006) notification letter.
