REQUESTED:
Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for Chow/Moes Tavern a
lounge style restaurant, located at 471 South A Street, Suite A & B, Springfield, OR
97477.
ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The owner Mitchel Hescheles of Creative Culinary Creations LLC, DBA:
Chow/Moes Tavern has requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC Liquor
License Application.

FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Chow/Moes Tavern is for a change of ownership with
Full On-Premises Sales Commercial Establishment of Greater Privilege and
applying as a Limited Liability Company. The new license application has been
reviewed and approved by the appropriate City Departments.
