Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 14, Block 2 of GARDEN VILLA, as platted and
recorded in Book 45, Page 17, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, in Section 6,
Township 18 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian; thence South 890 57'
East ,131.99 feet; thence South 00 03' West 126.04 feet to the North line of Garden
Avenue;, thence North 800 24' West along said North line of Garden Avenue, 133.86
feet; thence North 0.0 03' East 103.72 feet to the place of beginning, in Lane County,
Oregon. j
The Easterly portion of the above described tract to be dedicated is more completely
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 14, Block 2 of GARDEN VILLA, as platted and
recorded in Book 45, Page 17, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, in Section 6,
Township 18 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian; thence South 890 57'
00" East a distance of 34.97 feet along the Southerly line GARDEN VILLA and the
Southerly end of the 34th Place right of way; thence South 000 03' 00" East a distance
of 125.92 feet along the Easterly line of above described tract to a point on the
'Northerly margin of GardenAvenue; thence North 800 24' 13" West a distance of
35.47 feet along the Northerly margin of Garden Avenue; thence North 000 03' 00"
West a distance of 120.04 feet to the point of beginning, in Lane County, Oregon.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: The Southerly 10.00 feet deeded as per a deed from
