As you requested, an inspection has been made during the pertonnance of the excavation and
placement of gravel till on this site in preparation tor the construction involving foundations for
the proposed residence. The excavation involved removal of surface organic soil and other
unsuitable material and the placement 01'24/1 maximum of3/4" minus crushed rock in accordance
with our standard procedures. The compacted surface of the crushed rock is adequate for a
foundatinn bearing capacity of 1000 psr, which is adequate to support the propulSt!J conventional
wood frame residence. The compaction of the gravel surface is greater than 95% of a standard
proctor per ASTM D698-91, (See attached data sheet).
