RE: Land Drainage and Alteration Permit
Tim,
The City has been contacted by property owners in the McKenzie River-Gateway
area inquiring about the filling of lowlands on your Baldy Vi~w property. I spoke
with you during the week of June 3rd regarding the need for a Land Drainage and
Alteration Permit to do any filling, grading or removal. You said you would come in
that week to obtain an application for the permit, but you did not. I am enclosing
an application and ask that you contact me as soon as you receive it. I also request
that you cease any further land alteration activity on the site until you have an
approved permit from the City.
