Our proposal is to install a generator to provide back-up electrical to the tenant space located at
923 International Way in Springfield, Oregon. The generator will operate on natural gas. It will
be located at the rear of the building, adjacent to the existing trash enclosure. The generator will
be screened with a six foot(6)high chain-linked fence with blacks slats. This will match the
existing trash enclosure. The entire existing area is hard surfaced with AC paving.
